An awkward vernacular house takes on new life -and a new address- by incorporating a finely detailed screened porch, entry portico, and deck addition to the less busy side of this corner property.
Protected semi-private or fully open outdoor spaces are both provided, and cover the old unsightly foundation walls. These improvements kick-started the long-delayed restoration and re-finishing of the balance of the exterior; and a petition for an improved address designation of Oxford Road.
